Maintenance of ACV300 Adnan Tank Simulator

The Malaysian Army is the owner of the ACV300 Adnan tank, a family of amphibious infantry fighting vehicles. The tank was manufactured by DRB-HICOM Defence Technologies (DefTech) and developed by the Turkish defense company FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş.
Several variants of the ACV-300 Adnan tank are currently in service, totalling 267 units. Malaysia's Army has requested the procurement of a simulator to enhance its proficiency in operating the ACV300 Adnan tank.

The tank simulator was locally developed to satisfy the specific requirements and doctrine of the Malaysian Army. The ACV-300 Adnan tank simulator serves as a training system that simulates the procedures of the ACV-300 Adnan. It facilitates the training of operators and personnel in a variety of tactical and combat scenarios without the use of the actual vehicle. The simulator offers a realistic environment for practicing transportation, weapon system operation, and battlefield tactics, in addition to providing cost-effective and safe training. It is designed to improve operational readiness by integrating sophisticated graphics, motion platforms, and simulation technologies to simulate real-world scenarios.

The simulator improves overall readiness by enhancing tactical skills, decision-making, and cooperation under a variety of battlefield conditions. The simulator ensuring the Malaysian Army is well-prepared for real-world operations.

After winning an open tender from the Ministry of Defence, Xcel Itech Sdn Bhd was granted the responsibility of maintaining the ACV300 Adnan Tank Simulator from 2019 to 2022. The end user received the highest quality of service as a result of the extensive experience of the Xcel staff. During that time, we were extremely grateful for the assistance and guidance provided by Malaysian Army.
